1Concept
In this initial phase, we collaborate closely with the client to understand their needs, aspirations, and the unique context of the project. Through research, brainstorming, and analysis, we generate design ideas and establish the project's vision. This stage results in early sketches, mood boards, and conceptual diagrams that define the direction and spirit of the design.
2Design & Development
The chosen concept is translated into detailed architectural plans. We refine spatial layouts, materials, and technical systems while integrating engineering, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. This stage includes schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, ensuring a coherent and buildable design.
3Execution
During the construction phase, we work hand-in-hand with contractors and consultants to ensure that the project is built according to the design intent. We provide site supervision, respond to technical queries, and coordinate all parties involved to maintain quality, timeline, and budget.
4Handover
At project completion, we carry out final inspections, verify compliance with all specifications, and support the client during the transition into the space.
